Pan-American International Insurance Corporation (PAIIC), registered in the Cayman Islands , B.W.I., was chartered to satisfy the financial needs of the successful business owners and individuals of Latin America . Incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 1970, PAIIC has been providing insurance policies valued in U.S. dollars to residents of Latin American countries since 1991. The universal life and term life insurance products offered by PAIIC are also offered to U.S. citizens who have permanent residence in a Latin American country (proof of permanent residency is required.)

Pan-American Assurance Company (PAAC) offers to foreign nationals U. S. currency-denominated universal life products that are filed with the state of Louisiana and subject to U.S. jurisdictional guidelines.
